Returns
We are proud to create high quality, long wearing garments for your little ones and want nothing more than for you to love your romi. pieces. However, if you are not happy with your item/s for whatever reason you may return within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.

Returns are to be posted to our Switzerland post address. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please ensure:

  • return needs to be logged within your account (top right) before sending them back
  • Item/s are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
  • Your name and address must be supplied along with your order number to ensure timely processing.
  • Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a traceable shipping method and taking note of your tracking number.

Sale item/s and gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
