In case no other information is provided, our order processing time is 2-3 working days.
After payment and order processing time the order is delivered with the selected delivery method. If any of the products in an order are in pre-order (mentioned in the product description), the whole order will be processed only after all products are in stock.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. We ask you to monitor your tracking number. Due to different customs processes in various countries, there can be varied delays which are out of our control.
Please notice that we are unable to offer any refunds unless your order is deemed to be missing by the carrier or if it gets returned to us.
